If a person didn't know better, one might think that the giant
Bergstrom Electric Inc. trailer parked on the corner of Hill Avenue and
Highway 17 actually belongs to the Newman Sign Company and was leased
out to Bergstrom Electric at a premium price, due to it's prime
location.

Most folks are still trying to ignore the fact that the spring flood
season is just around the corner. Keith shared the following. >>>>>
In a statement on flood insurance. I was informed at the time of our
last flood that flood insurance does not cover over the land type of
flood. It would have to be proven that the water came from the Park
River. Keith

over abundance of spring moisture.

The National Weather Service... eastern North Dakota weather forecast
office in Grand Forks will be holding a news conference at 10 am on
Friday... March 13th to release the updated Spring flood outlook
presenting the latest flood probabilities for the Red River valley and
Devils Lake.
It will be held at the NWS forecast office located at 4797 technology
Circle in Grand Forks.

I find it somewhat ironic, that the same folks who believe
waterboarding is cruel and unusual treatment when used on individuals
that slaughter, maim and mutilate us, also believe it is okay to kill
innocent people from the moment of conception..... and later?
One might also wonder when it was that Webster "changed" the definition
of transparency? And,... with that thought in mind. Is it possible that
the "change" in the definition of transparency, is the "change" the
American People actually voted for.

~ A thought from the Gazette Library: ~
It's beginning to look like the Washington Political establishment
graduated from the same educational institution as the folks for the
United States Weather Bureau.
When we are being told that the "stimulus package" will save OR create
three and a half million jobs. Isn't that much the same as being told we
have a fifty percent chance of rain,....... somewhere in the broadcast
area,.... sometime in the next twenty four hour period...... ASSUMING,
of course,.... that the weather conditions do not change within that
twenty four hour period. If, on the other hand, it does, OH WELL. Or
so it seems to me.

I haven't received any information regarding last Saturdays Bone Marrow
Drive at St. Johns Church other than earlier on Saturday I was told that
several hundred people had already attended. I must admit that I was
pleasantly surprised at the amount of interest the Drive generated and I
will certainly pass on any relative information should I receive it.
